A 60 minute massage tailored to your needs. My massages are focused and goal-oriented, so 60 minutes may not be enough time for a full-body massage unless you are looking purely for a relaxation massage. This is a good time-frame for recurring recovery sessions or targeted maintanance.

A 90-minute massage tailored to your needs. I recommend 90 minutes for most clients, especially if it has been a while since you last massage, or if you want full-body, deeper work.

This is a 60-minute massage tailored for pregnancy. This will be a side-lying massage as I do not currently have a face-down pregnancy pillow. Please read contraindications listed on my booking page and consult your doctor before making an appointment.

New-client Cranial Sacral Session

60 Minute Pre-Natal Massage.

This is a low cost way to try cranial-sacral therapy. I've seen incredible results with many people using this modality but some people may benefit from more traditional massage. Cranial-Sacral work focuses on restoring the flow of cranial-sacral fluid in the spine, allowing the body to better heal itself. It is gentle work with light pressure and often prolonged static pressure and positioning of the body. Sessions are about 90 minutes.

Note: Each massage I give is specific to each client, therefore, I do not offer a specific option menu such as "deep tissue", "hot stone", or "aromatherapy". I use different pressure levels depending on your needs, the specific person, the area of the body, and intended result I am trying to achieve. I keep hot towels, hot stones, a table warmer, essential oils, silicone cups and scraping tools on-site. There is not an additional charge for adding these to your massage, and I suggest these techniques/ "add-ons" as I see fit but feel free to request them. A $5 fee may be added for use of more expensive essential oils. I do not accept tips, or rather, gratuity is included in the price listed. I charge a flat fee that avoids surprises for both of us.
