With over ten years of experience in massage therapy, I bring a thoughtful, intuitive approach to bodywork that blends clinical knowledge with genuine care. My training began at the College of Massage Therapy in Blackfoot, Idaho, and I’ve continued to deepen my education through ongoing study in therapeutic techniques and holistic wellness.
I specialize in Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Cranio-Sacral Therapy, including advanced study under Douglas Nelson. My work is focused on helping clients reduce pain, restore mobility, manage stress, and reconnect with a sense of balance in their bodies.
After taking time away from practice following an injury of my own, I returned to massage therapy with an even greater appreciation for the body’s resilience and the importance of compassionate care. Whether you’re recovering from physical strain, managing chronic tension, or simply needing space to rest and reset, my goal is to create sessions that are both effective and deeply restorative.
I believe massage should feel collaborative, grounded, and tailored to each individual. Every body tells a different story, and I’m honored to be part of the healing process.
